Every ticket carrying one is labeled our referral next to the store name. Tickets without that label link to the plain, public offer we sourced.

Does that change what we list?

The sourcing rules apply to everything equally: dated source, honest expiry, visible terms. A referral label never changes the terms text on a ticket. If we cannot verify an offer, it stays out or says so.
